Someone I have known a long time online, but never in person has guessed that I might be going to the island that is in the middle of the picture in the first post (see below). The island is Cyprus. I looked at the map from the last post and can see why it is a good guess. I learned a lot about the sad history of conflict on the island of Cyprus by looking at the YouTube slideshow and reading the poem that was the narration of the slideshow in English. Cyprus has a long history and there are some interesting archaeological sites on the island.Today's picture shows the place where I am going a little closer with borders, but still not words. What do you think?
